Shipping Information
Fast, Reliable Delivery Across the United States
We strive to get your AromaDNA products—like Santal Verite or The True Promise—to you as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying their luxurious scents right away. Here’s what to expect:
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery Times: All orders within the United States are delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.
- Where We Ship: We currently ship only within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. Note that some essential oils are classified as hazardous materials and may require ground shipping, which could affect delivery times to non-contiguous regions like Hawaii and Alaska.
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Shipping Note: During peak seasons, such as holidays, delivery times may be longer. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival. Check our homepage for holiday shipping deadlines.
Return Policy
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
We want you to love your AromaDNA products as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple return process.
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of your order.
- Eligible Items: Only unopened and unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Any opened products, including essential oils (e.g., Calabria or White Tea), are not eligible for return due to hygiene concerns. Gift cards and items marked "final sale" are also non-returnable.

Return Process:
- Contact us at support@aromadna.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging, including the RA number.
- Ship the package to: AromaDNA Returns,

- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds, Exchanges, or Store Credit:
- You may choose a full refund to the original payment method, an exchange for another product (subject to availability), or store credit.
- Refunds and store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges will be shipped within 3-5 business days, depending on availability.
